The Village Idiot

Hillary Clinton has called for President Bush to boycott the opening ceremony of the Olympic games in China over the the issues in Tibet and China’s ties to Darfur. President Bush has responded that he will attend the Olympic games because it’s only a sporting event.

1968

It’s true what they say, if we forget our past, we are doomed to repeat it.

A sporting event in 1968, that provided a platform for two US Sprinters to call attention to the state of Civil Rights in America.

ownes

The 1936 Olympics that showcased the talents of a U.S. athlete, Jesse Owens, who still was viewed as a second class citizen but talented enough to win for the U.S. at a sporting event.

Hitler

A German dictator who fought to dominate the games with his elite group of athletes in 1936 at a sporting event.

So this summer, President George W. Bush will attend the Olympic Games because it is after all just a sporting event.

Our president, is a Dunce. He ha gone above and beyond the duty to confirm that over and over again. I think he is planning to f*ck up the economy, ignore political issues that matter, and continue to screw Americans with all of his limpness until he is out of the office. He managed to turn countries we were friendly with into enemies, he had a complete disregard for the Dafur issue. And I don’t know we would think he would care about issues regarding blacks in Africa, when New Orleans still looks like a war zone.

There is nothing, this man could do that would surprise me..except be the president that he was elected to be…too late for that.

I couldn’t have said it better. This man is a complete and total screw up. He’s not even out of office and he has been crowned the worst president ever. He makes Nixon look like a saint.

    That’s sad.

He should be impeached for bad performance. We all get reviews on the job and although some may not affect raises, they do affect whether or not we get to “stay in office”.

    The president doesn’t get a 2 year review, just a 4 year one…that doesn’t seem good enough.

where was I when this was posted yesterday….im late but can’t resist some bush bashing…..the village idiot..thats hillarious. Bush will not boycott china cause he’s in bed with china..how would it look for him to show defiance against a country thats helping some of his corporations get richer and richer…China is not the problem..the american government is…..but thats a whole nother story.

As for impeachment I always wondered the same thing why did they not try to get him out….the democrats once they took the house 2 years ago fell short of making history themselves. The man lied to the nation, started a war under false pretense and refuse to withdraw though countless number of Iraqs and americans are dying…it amazes me the things we allow as Americans…..I’ll will stop cause now I’m just getting freakin irritated…good post though..and yeah Hillary needs to shut the hell up calling for a boycott she doesn’t really mean it…Bill probably told her to do that…..

poor guy…honestly his speech writer should be blamed too..maybe he’s just reading what they told him to say cause he personally didn’t have a clue lmao…ok ok alljokes aside…that was a very uneducated reply on his part…i feel like he just goes for the easy yes or no replies instead of taking the weight of the question into consideration…sort of weak and lame but hey - who are we talking about again? exactly …nuff said… lol

  6. Ms. Ki Says:

I agree Kingston and Jin. America is so deep in bed with China that it doesn’t even make sense for any of our politicians to speak out against their practices. Our very livelihood depends upon them being our ally. And yes the boycott request was probably an attempt at good pr on the Clinton’s part to make it seem as if Hillary is truly concerned.

Jin I don’t think W, is very intelligent. I think that he would get up there and recite a speech written by a kindergarten student and think it was okay. He is and always has been over his head with this position.

i know he’s not intelligent lol…just can’t be bothered even paying attn to him anymore - it just always seems like a comedy hour as soon as he starts talking…even on very serious topics…
